Honey Vodka
Only 22 bottles were made in celebration of World Bee Day on the 16th of May so get in quickly before they’re all gone.
Floral honey is layered over our super smooth vodka to make a delicious sipper, or a great substitute for vodka and simple syrup to elevate your favourite cocktails. Our favourite is a martini using 2 parts of our deliciously citrusy Australian Dry Gin to 1 part of the Honey Vodka.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Rich floral honey.
Palate: Sweet and lucious without being overly syrupy.
Finish: Silky with a gentle warmth. The honey notes stick around without any burn.
Serving Suggestions
Sip neat or over ice as an after-dinner treat.
Stir into boozy hot chocolates or coffee for a rich, wintery indulgence.
Substitute in your favourite cocktails to add the floral honey notes in place of plain sugar.

Where are you located?
We are based in Queanbeyan, just over the border from Canberra. We’re not currently open to the public, but are working on a cellar door. We’ll be at the Queanbeyan market every month, or check out our event calendar for other opportunities to come and say hello and taste our products.
Is there are cheaper shipping option?
We ship across Australia and provide free local deliver to the Canberra/Queanbeyan region (if it isn’t available and you’re nearby reach out and we’ll see what we can do).
Our bottles are fairly heavy but we’ve priced shipping as low as we can – it’s the rate that we’re charged from AusPost.
