Made by hand in Queanbeyan, our Winter Dry Gin is full of chai spices. Cardomom, anise myrtle, cinamon, and fresh ginger are balanced for a complex and warming drink. Perfect for a gin and tonic or warm cocktail on a cold night.
Nose: Cardomom, juniper, and chai spices.
Palate: Gentle spices with cinamon and subtle ginger along with a hint of citrus from both lemon and orange peel. Anise myrtle brings a licorice note but isn’t overpowering.
Finish: Warm and balanced, with long lasting chai notes.

We are based in Queanbeyan, just over the border from Canberra. We’re not currently open to the public, but are working on a cellar door. We’ll be at the Queanbeyan market every month, or check out our event calendar for other opportunities to come and say hello and taste our products.
